Reviews:

“A Fantastic Experience!”

My wife, daughter (3 yo), and I just returned from a wonderful 5 days/4 nights at Atlantis Coral Towers. As stated by other reviewers, I was also a bit apprehensive after reading some of the negative reviews of this place, but we found a great deal online, purchased the travel insurance (due to it being the height of hurricane season), and decided to go anyway. My wife and I have traveled to a lot of places, including resorts in Hawaii, Florida, California, and this was one of the best, most family friendly, and definitely worth the money. We weren’t shocked by the food/merchandise prices, as they seemed comparable to prices at other resorts we had been to. You’re basically paying for the convenience of never having to leave the resort area which I’m OK with. We used several of the great tips provided by other reviewers so I would suggest browsing some of those prior to going. Here are a few highlights, tips, and one “low”light from our trip.
Staff: Almost every person we encountered in the entire resort, from the pool cleaners to the check-in staff, was friendly and always offered a smile. I booked a terrace view because I knew we wouldn't be in the room much, but was upgraded to a wonderful ocean view by the check-in staff without even asking.
